Welcome contact
Welcome briefing
Once everyone is set up in their rooms, you will take part in a welcome briefing.
We use this time to cover important safety instructions and the rules for communal living. Like astronauts aboard the International Space Station, you will live with other astronauts from various countries 24/7. We want the groups to live together harmoniously and with respect for each other. The success of your mission depends on it.
Documents to be submitted
At the latest when you arrive, please provide a list of the students who will participate in the space visit, their dietary requirements and their medical files.
Crew composition
We will form various crews of 12 to 20 students, depending on the total number of participants. Each student will join a team supervised by a lead astronaut! They will receive coloured T-shirts (1 per student for a two- or three-day Space Class, 2 per student for a 5-day Space Class). This will make the teams more easily recognisable!
